   आधुनिक युग में पैकेजिंग की आवश्यकता हर व्यवसाय में है। पैकेजिंग एक ऐसा उधोग है जो बहुत तेजी के साथ विकसित हो रहा है। यह शुरुआती समय है इसलिए इसमें सफलता की अपार संभावना है।इसकी मांग बढऩे का कारण ई-कामर्स कंपनी का सफल होना है।

    पैकेजिंग बिजनेस को करने के लिए बहुत सारे विकल्प हैं।

1- कार्ड बोर्ड वाँक्स:-  कार्ड बोर्ड वाँक्स का उपयोग विभिन्न प्रकार के सामान को पैक करने के लिए किया जाता है। जैसे कपडे़ , इलेक्ट्रॉनिक, काँच के सामान, गैजेट्स, गिफ्ट आइटम्स आदि।

2-एलूमिनियम पन्नी :- खाद्य पदार्थो की पैकिंग के लिए एल्युमिनियम फायल का बहुत ज्यादा मात्रा में उपयोग होने लगा है। जैसे तैयार भोजन, मछली, जमे हुए माँस, चाय ,काँफी, फार्मास्युटिकल टेबलेट, शराब, तेल आदि।

4-जूट के बैग :- खाद्यान्न ,पशु चारा, बीज और अनाज रखने के लिए जूट के बैग का प्रयोग किया जाता हैं। 

5-पैपर बैग:- शापिंग माल ,स्टोर्स में आजकल पैपर बैग का इस्तेमाल पालीथीन पर बैन लगने के कारण बहुत तेजी से होने लगा हैं।

     जब हर महीने एक निश्चित पैसे किसी म्यूचुअल फंड या इंडेक्स में निवेश करते हैं तो वह सालाना 12% की दर  से बढ़ता है। पर आपको इसे लगातार 20-30 वर्ष के लिए करना होगा जब ही आप अच्छा लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।  इस तरह लगातार एक ही म्यूचुअल फंड या इंडेक्स में निवेश करने को ही कम्पाउंडिंग कहते हैं। 

    यदि  आपने 5000 हर महीने 20 साल तक निवेश किया तो आप  12 लाख निवेश करके 49.96 लाख कर सकते हैं। यदि 30 वर्ष तक लगातार ऐसा करते है तो 18 लाख का निवेश करके 1.76 करोड़  आराम से कर सकते हैं।

     The way inflation is increasing today.  That way our money should also increase.  But when we keep money in the bank, it grows at the rate of 4%.  But inflation at the rate of 7-8% due to which the value of that money will be nothing in future.  So we have to increase that money at the same pace.  Which can only be done by compounding by investing money.

What is compounding :-

      When a fixed amount is invested every month in a mutual fund or index, it grows at the rate of 12% annually.  But you have to do it continuously for 20-30 years only then you can get good profit.  In this way, investing continuously in the same mutual fund or index is called compounding.

मशरूम की खेती

     आज मशरूम की बहुत मांग है क्योंकि इसमें बहुत ज्यादा प्रोटीन पाया जाता है । आज के समय में मशरूम को हर जगह पैदा किया जा सकता है।  

खेती के लिए सामग्री:

      मशरूम के बीज, पालीथीन मशरूम वाली (18×12), भूसा (धान का प्यारा), वाविस्टिन फंगीसाइड , फारमनिल।

जगह: 

       मशरुम की  खेती के लिए बंद अंधेरे कमरे कि आवश्यकता होगी।

विधि :

       200 लीटर वाली टंकी में 100 लीटर पानी भरकर उसमें 7ग्राम  वाविस्टिन और 125ml फारमनिल घोलकर उसमें भूसा मिला दे। अब ढक्कन बंद करके 6घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। भूसे को पानी से अलग करने के बाद 10 किलो भूसे में 1-2किलो बीज मिलाकर उसको पालीथीन में भरकर अंधेरे कमरे में रखते जाए। पालीथीन में छोटे -छोटे छेद करके उस पर स्प्रे से दिन में 3बार  पानी का छिड़काव करते रहना। 11वे दिन पालीथीन को पूरी तरह अलग करदे। 21वे दिन आपका मशरूम तैयार हो जाएगा। 

कहा बेचे: 

      आप मशरूम को मड़ी या किसी भी कंपनी को सीधा बेच सकते हैं।

 Ingredients for Cultivation: Mushroom Seeds, Polythene Mushroom Wali (18×12), Bhusa (Paddy Sweet), Vavistin Fungicide, Formanil.

 Place: A closed dark room is required for mushroom cultivation.

Method : Fill 100 liters of water in a 200 liters tank, dissolve 7 grams of Vavistin and 125 ml of Farmanil in it and mix straw in it.  Now close the lid and leave it for 6 hours.  After separating the straw from water, mix 1-2 kg of seeds in 10 kg of straw and fill it in polythene and keep it in a dark room.  By making small holes in the polythene, keep sprinkling water on it thrice a day with a spray.  Completely separate the polythene on the 11th day.  Your mushroom will be ready on 21st day.

 Where to sell: You can sell mushroom directly to Madi or any company.

क्या है शार्ट सैलिंग

         करीब तीन हफ्ते से हर तरफ अदाणी समूह औंर  हिंडनबर्ग रिपोर्ट कि चर्चा हो रही हैं। हिंडनबर्ग  की एक रिपोर्ट ने अदाणी के शेयर को 50% तक गिरा दिया । हिंडनबर्ग कम्पनी शार्ट सेलिंग का कार्य करती हैं। जिसने पहले भी कुछ कंपनियों के बारे में इस तरह की रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक की है जिससे कंपनियों के शेयर आधी कीमत पर आ गए।

         इस प्रकरण को समझने के लिए यह जानना जरुरी है कि शार्ट सेलिंग होती क्या है ? आमतौर पर देखा गया है कि शेयर बाजार में शेयर के दाम बढने पर फायदा होता है। पर शार्ट सेलिंग  में इसके उल्टे शेयर की कीमत कम होने पर फायदा होता है। दरअसल यह निवेश की एक रणनीति होती है साधारण भाषा में समझे कि किसी शेयर की कीमत आज 1000 है किसी शार्ट सेलर को अनुमान है कि शेयर की कीमत 50% तक गिर कर 500पर आएगी तो ऐसी स्थिति में वह शेयर ब्रोकर से थोड़े समय के लिए उस कंपनी के शेयर उधार ले लेता है जब कीमत आधी हो जाती है । तो वह उतने ही शेयर खरीद कर वापस कर देता है। इस तरह उसको एक शेयर पर 500 का प्राफिट हो जाता हैं। इसी को शार्ट सेलिंग कहते हैं। 

            हिंडनबर्ग कंपनी इसी तरह कमाई कर रही हैं। अमेरिका में शार्ट सेलिंग को लेकर जांच चल रही हैं।

      Adani group and Hindenburg report are being discussed everywhere for about three weeks.  A Hindenburg report caused Adani's stock to drop by 50%.  The Hindenburg Company does the work of Short Selling.  Which has made public such reports about some companies earlier as well, due to which the shares of the companies came down to half the price.

      To understand this episode, it is necessary to know what is short selling?  It is generally seen that there is an increase in the share price in the stock market.  But in short selling, on the contrary, there is an advantage when the share price decreases.  Actually this is an investment strategy, understand in simple language that the price of a share is 1000 today, a short seller has an estimate that the price of the share will fall by 50% to 500, then in such a situation, he will buy that stock for a short time from the stock broker.  Borrows the shares of the company when the price is halved.  So he buys back the same number of shares.  In this way he gets a profit of 500 on one share.  This is called short selling.

         This is how the Hindenburg company is earning.  Investigations are going on in America regarding short selling.
